Reservation:
Booking should reach as at least 6 week before departure
with passport details and 50% of advance payment through
bank to bank wire transfer as soon as you make sure to
make any tour and trek in Bhutan. We do not guarantee
the trip until the advance payment is reached to us.
Balance payment at least a month prior begins the tour
for confirmed bookings. This is to avoid last minute
hassles especially in the peak season April & November
as the infrastructure in Bhutan can handle only a
limited number of tourists at a time.
We need fallowing information to obtain your travel
document:
1) Name as in Passport. 2) Passport Number. 3)
Nationality 4) Date of issue & expiry of the passport.
5) Date of Birth. 6) Occupation.
Risk and Liability:
Trekking Mart will put every effort to make your journey
very smooth and pleasant. However all the program in
Bhutan is under the rules and regulations of Bhutan
tourism authority? Therefore, Trekking Mart or its Bhutanese
counterpart shall not be responsive for any changes and
alternation in the itinerary due to natural
circumstances, flights cancellation. Any extra cost
shall be borne by the clients on the sports. It is most
advisable all clients to have full insurance against
medical and personal accidents, cancellation insurance
are also highly recommended.
Insurance:
In order to protect against unforeseen accidents and
mishaps, it is advisable to have travel insurance policy
from your country. The policy coverage should include
helicopter evacuation and medical assistance, among
others, since such policies are not available in Bhutan. |
