All travelers must fill and sign a Trip booking Form. Please note that signing the form is a pre-requisite of travel arrangements with Trekking Mart. 

Booking
To confirm your place for any trip, the client has to make an initial advance payment of at least 20% of the total estimated bill against the cost of the selected trip. It also assures your place in the respective trip of your choice. The balance payment has to be deposited in full upon your arrival in Kathmandu. The full payment is received to procure all of your travel arrangements with legal permits and travel documents for traveling in restricted regions of Nepal which includes peak climbing, mountaineering, Helicopter and flight chartered service, Bhutan and Tibet tours.

All bookings have to be confirmed and made before 7 days of the commencing of the trip. In case of delayed submission of the booking form less than 7 days, the client shall pay full amount of the cost of the planned trip.
