 Risk & Liability :
We always put our all efforts towards making your
journey smooth and pleasant. However, as all Tibet tour
is run strictly under Tibet tourism authority, we or our
Tibetan agents shall not be responsible for any change
or cancellation of programs due to unavoidable
circumstances such as road blockade, flood, snow,
unrest, cancellation of flight, delayed arrival of
clients, sickness or accidents, breakdown of vehicles.
Any extra cost incurring thereof shall be borne by the
clients on the spot. It is most advisable that clients
to have full insurance against medical and personal
accident risks. Cancellation insurance is also most
recommended.
Responsibility :
The responsibility of Yala Tours and its affiliated
companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator Yala
Tours organizes certain travel services, including
overland, air tickets, tours, trekking and expeditions.
We have right to increase the price in the event of cost
increases due to changes in airfares, currency
fluctuations, entrance fee increases, taxes, or fuel
surcharges.
Due to the special geographical conditions in Tibet,
sometime your tour itinerary must be changed in case of
road collapse, road construction, military or government
injunction, etc. If any extra costs incurred in such
cases clients have pay whatever reason.
Insurance :
Travel insurance is strongly advisable in order to
participate on any trip to Tibet. When selecting a
travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you
are covered for medical expenses including emergency
evacuation. We strongly recommend that the policy also
covers personal liability, cancellation, limitation and
loss of luggage and personal effects. Tibetan agents do
not pay any claim however logical the claim may be. It
is also possible that certain places on the itinerary
may not be allowed to visit due to unexpected government
decision.
However we allow to traveling with Yala without
insurance if you sign in our trip booking form with an
own handwriting request latter write down "I travel on
my own risk without providing insurance policy to Yala".
I release Yala Tours and its Tibetan counterpart from
any liabilities connected to these risks rewards. |
