Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking is a small circuit trail in the lower part of the Annapurna region. It is one of the classic trekking trails, north-west of the beautiful town of Pokhara. The most stunning viewing point of Poon Hill is the prime destination of this trip. The hill offers a majestic sunrise over the sky touching mountains. A glimpse of the snow-capped peaks turning from grey to pink to brilliant white is just awe-inspiring.

Trekking Mart's 8 day Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is a relatively easy trek which can be done all year round, although autumn and spring are considered the most impressive. Witness stunning scenic villages settled by Magar, Gurung ethnic locals, lush vegetation, rhododendron forests, mountain streams and heterogeneous landscapes deemed nature's true delicacies of the region.

The whole team at trekking mart were very friendly and extremely helpful

Rating: 5

I have just returned from nepal after completing the amazing annapurna foothills trek to Poon Hill, all organised by Trekking Mart. The whole team at trekking mart were very friendly and extremely helpful, making sure we were satisfied throughout our stay. The hotels we stayed in were great and included a driver everywhere we went straight from the airport. The guides were also very friendly and professional and very knowledgeable of their country. If I were to visit nepal again I would definitely choose Trekking Mart to organise it for me, they are very well priced with no hidden extras to worry about when you arrive. If you have something but can't find it on the website, make contact with the team and they will do their upmost to help you out. If you are planning a visit to Nepal no matter how short or long, make it Trekking Mart!
